Inside your head – Fighting to breathe

Easy Peasy kids

You get up. A new day. Things need to be done.

Inside your head, you are fighting to breathe.

You go to work. You love what you do.

Inside your head, you are fighting to breathe

You play with your kids, laugh and cuddle.

Inside your head, you are fighting to breathe.

You look happy. You help out.

Inside your, head you are fighting to breathe.

You have a lot to be thankful for.

Inside your head, you are fighting to breathe.

You were a child who played and giggled.

Inside your head, you are fighting to breathe.

You exercise, you eat well and you are a giver.

Inside your head, you are fighting to breathe.

You are empathic, you try and understand.

Inside your head, you are fighting to breathe.

You have tried to get help. You have tried everything.

Inside your head, you are fighting to breathe.

You keep going. You are quiet and loud.

Inside your head, you are fighting to breathe.

You are aware many are feeling like you.

Inside your head, you are fighting to breathe.

You don’t know what to do. You’ve been like this forever.

Inside your head, you are fighting to breathe.

You know it won’t change. You know the darkness.

Inside your head,  becomes forever fighting to breathe.

Keep fighting… Keep breathing….
